DON'T MOVE HERE

If you're thinking about moving to the UK to live here, DON'T. The government is collapsing, stuff is becoming too expensive for working class, there's a housing crisis, long wait times for surgery/healthcare (a few years), our salaries are just going down (average is 28k) which is appalling considering the rate of inflation. The people are judgemental and public transport is unreliable, it is safer than other countries but a lot of crime still happens. The UK does have pretty scenery but that doesn't make up for its lack of social, financial stability.

Uk used to have a lot going for it , outstanding health care and education, also European free trade and travel. No longer the case anymore ie healthcare slowly being privatised and education now privatised industries moved abroad no infrastructure or money put back into the country ..it was once a country full of promise but the party is over. Also it is very violent in many places and not safe.

The closest thing to a "perfect country"

Travelled the world, and the UK is the closest there is to a "perfect country". The Republic of Ireland is similar but without the insane level of cultural history, inventions and positive changes to the world that this island nation of only 1% of humans somehow managed to achieve and continues to achieve. While most of this review would be repeating the obvious, to go against a bizarre stereotype I saw online circulating with people who have never been there: one thing I can honestly say is that the overall consistent quality of the food in the UK is the best I've ever experienced. Not mentioning the world's most popular cheese (Cheddar) and the world's most popular snack (potato chips or crisps as they call it) come from the UK. You haven't tasted cheese unless you try some cheese from Cheddar, England.
