It's a lousy city (I've been living here for 14 years) with a terrible government. Crime is present. Homeless people wander around in residential areas. The residential districts are very dirty. Half of the city is made up of thermal power plants and industrial enterprises.

Pros

  • Beautiful central avenue
  • Low prices
  • Some streets are green

Cons

  • Terrible climate
  • Horrible government
  • Political crime
  • Low wages
  • Lots of rural and backward areas
