Love the build quality and noise cancelling in them. Really like the touch panel. Tried Sony mx4's and found them heavy and uncomfortable. Bose phone app could be much better and give more customisation options. Sound quality is worse than Sony and Beaoplay HX from Bang and Olufsen

While the sound and ANC were on par with other Bose products, which is excellent these are the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE I've ever tried. So if they're uncomfortable to the point where you don't like wearing them nothing else really matters.
