Lost left side sound after using cable

As long as I used the PX7 with Bluetooth, I was extremely satisfied. Great sound and a good design. Unfortunately, after using the USB-C cable, the left side sound disappeared and never returned despite multiple resets and draining the battery. Since the 2-year warranty period had expired, B&W customer service offered me a discount to purchase a new one; no courtesy repair or replacement was available. On the internet, you can find more complaints like this, so it seems to be a manufacturing or design flaw. I don't think it's appropriate for a brand like B&W to release headphones with a life expectancy of only 2.5 years.

La calidad de sonido y la inmersión en la música es simplemente indescriptiblemente buena, en el pasado he tenido varias marcas de audifonos de bastante renombre, pero ningunos audifonos se comparan a la calidad de sonido y lo divertido que eschar musicos con ellos.
