Frankfurt is a nice city, with many great restaurants and bars. Public transport, especially subway trains will get you fast to almost every part of the city. It would however use some work on the surroundings of the central train station as I think this would help the city leave a much better impression on the visitors, as the train station as such is pretty decent and with some ongoing constructions. City has great connection to surrouding cities & countries. To my suprise it is not as expensive taking into account one of the highest salaries in Germany. City as such feels safe, although you meet some strange individuals from time to time, but that's normal in every larger city. You should of course be careful in the subway and on darker streets after the midnight, but it's usually fine.

Frankfurt am Main is undoubtedly a major hub of activity in Germany, known for its bustling atmosphere and undeniable economic influence. Those considering making a move to this city should be prepared for its fast-paced nature and the costs that accompany living in a metropolis of this caliber. One of the primary gripes that residents often express is the challenging transportation system. It can sometimes be described as inefficient or even 'horrible' by those who navigate it regularly. The busy nature of the city can make getting around a bit of a hassle, especially during peak hours. Another point of contention for some is the perceived arrogance of a segment of its inhabitants. Every city has its mix of personalities, and unfortunately, Frankfurt has garnered a reputation in certain circles for having its fair share of arrogant individuals. However, it's not all downsides. Frankfurt's robust economy offers numerous job opportunities, making it an appealing destination for professionals looking to advance their careers. The presence of various multinational corporations and financial institutions means that job prospects are relatively high for those in the business and finance sectors. Additionally, one cannot talk about Frankfurt without mentioning its expansive airport. Frankfurt Airport is one of the busiest in Europe and serves as a crucial hub for international travel. This connectivity can be particularly beneficial for those who travel frequently, either for work or pleasure. In conclusion, while Frankfurt am Main may have its challenges like any other major city, its economic opportunities and international connectivity make it a magnet for many. As with any location, potential residents should weigh the pros and cons before deciding to call it home.
