aptx Adaptive is an audio codec for Bluetooth devices that is developed by Qualcomm. It has a variable bit rate (between 279kbps and 420kbps), which means it can adjust the bit rate for different scenarios, such as listening to HD audio or reducing interference from other devices.
aptX Low Latency is a codec developed by Qualcomm. It uses Bluetooth 5.0 technology to provide low latency audio (around 40ms), which is useful when you want to avoid audio lag (e.g. when playing games).
LDAC is a codec developed by Sony for Bluetooth audio. It is capable of a very high bitrate of 990kbps, which provides high resolution audio. It can also automatically adjust to a lower bitrate of 330kbps or 660kbps to increase stability.
aptX HD is an audio codec for Bluetooth devices that is developed by Qualcomm. It supports high quality 24-bit audio (at a bit rate of 576kbps).

The Only Option for Playing Fortnite on PS4/5 without EQ Adjustment!!

After trying various gaming headphones, I've found that they generally become serviceable when set to the game-appropriate EQ. However, with gaming hardware such as PS, the initial specs become crucial. Being an acoustic manufacturer, JBL provides a solid base sound. The low frequency is especially dynamic, which perfectly fits into the footstep frequency of Fortnite. The positioning sense is firm and the treble is clear, providing a comfortable gameplay experience. Honestly, it is not an exaggeration to say that this is the only option when playing Fortnite on the console. The fit may feel a bit tight, but the ear pads are plush so it doesn't hurt even after wearing for a long time. It feels like the ear pads support about 70% of the weight, creating a good balance with the head support. If I had to find a drawback, it would be the microphone sound. While it's not bad, if I were to be nitpicky, I wish it could output a slightly clearer voice. This would undeniably give it a nearly perfect rating. Perception of sound varies from person to person, so it's difficult to make a blanket statement, but it's safe to say that buying these gaming headphones is almost certainly not a waste.
