No cons or I say I didn't find any in 7days, in 45° celsius ambient temp and with hardcore rendering it never crossed 80° Celsius temp. Performance is par with RTX 3080. Yes! Guys it pull that off. What a beast 😎. I highly recommend it.

It a amazing card, you get great FPS in every game but it needs more vram

Pros

  • Great 1440p card
  • Can play all modern games at high settings
  • Have ray tracing
  • Stays cool
  • Not too loud

Cons

  • Not enough VRAM for the future
  • Don't even try 8k
  • Need a usb c port for VR like the 20 series

I put this GPU in a computer with an 11Th Gen core i9 11900F CPU. Let me tell you the performance gains I saw over an RTX2070 Super were substantial. If you edit video and play games this is the card for you if you can afford it.
