This was my first high-end smartphone experience. This was also a gift from my parents to help me improve in my studies. I have never felt a lack of Ness from this device since that day. The battery doesn't seem to last long, it's been 5 years. Aside from that, the camera is still good and usable. Performance-wise, I never felt the need for an upgrade for basic and daily tasks, but for gaming, it may be the best to date. Once again, I'm having the best phone experience. It's fantastic.

It's very good. I'm someone who plays a lot on my mobile and the performance of this Samsung Galaxy S8 is fantastic. I think that in 2021, when I'm writing this review, it still holds great value. The camera quality is 8/10, the performance is 10/10, the screen quality is 10/10. In summary, it's amazing.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S8 for 6 years now (Since 2017) and I've used it intensively to this date (end of 2023), overall the phone served me well over the years it has good performances and a good camera, although the battery's life expectancy dies rather quickly, today I need to charge it multiple times a day, and the phone suffer from some overheating issues, the biggest drawback tho comes from the lack of support for Android versions after android 9, at first this didn't bother me much as the security updates kept rolling, but over the years and especially more recently some apps started dropping the support for Android phone before 10 (one example is Duo Mobile) and others might follow soon, which means that the Galaxy S8 is becoming deprecated, Although you can install a custom rom of a newer Android version if you know what you're doing. Overall I don't recomand a Galaxy S8 in 2023 for normal users, the phone although great and still usable if in a good state, is becoming deprecated, although if you plan to install a custom rom, as a performent and cheap phone, the galaxy S8 might be a viable choice for that.
