I love most things about the Tikom 8000 pro. I do have to say that I have not yet used the mopping function. First I wanted to use the sweeping function and get a good map configured. Well, the mapping feature is poor. Many times it completely skips vacuuming 2 or 3 rooms and I have to manually drive it to those rooms to get them vacuumed. But it does do an excellent job picking things up with very little noise. Overall I am very happy with it, just wish the mapping worked.

We had the tikom for almost a year and did a pretty good job. But last week the main brush motor died. I contacted the customer service via email. They asked for pictures and videos which I provided. But as of now they have not offered a resolution. I'm within the expiration date of the warranty which is one year.
