The internal storage refers to the built-in storage space available in a device for system data, apps, and user-generated data. With a large amount of internal storage, you can save more files and apps on your device.
The device has a standard memory slot (such as an SD or micro SD card slot) that enables you to extend the built-in internal storage with affordable memory modules, or easily retrieve data, such as photographs, from the memory card.
Random-access memory (RAM) is a form of memory used to store working data and machine code. Having more RAM is particularly useful for multitasking, allowing you to run more programs at once or have more tabs open in your browser.
The CPU speed indicates how many processing cycles per second can be executed by a CPU, considering all of its cores (processing units). It is calculated by adding the clock rates of each core or, in the case of multi-core processors employing different microarchitectures, of each group of cores.
Small semiconductors provide better performance and reduced power consumption. Chipsets with a higher number of transistors, semiconductor components of electronic devices, offer more computational power. A small form factor allows more transistors to fit on a chip, therefore increasing its performance.
The maximum amount of external storage memory supported by the the device.
Some manufacturers include a memory card in the box. An SD card with a higher storage capacity allows you to extend the storage space on your device with ease, providing you with more space for your data.

Charging system failure.

The device must have some kind of manufacturing issue that causes the charging system to fail. This has happened to me twice in four months. One failed, they sent me another one under warranty and the same thing happened again. Despite being lightweight and comfortable to use, they don't last at all, better to look for more reliable brands. My experience has been terrible.
