I've been using a 256GB Qualcomm Variant of the S22 Ultra for over 8 months and I love it. My only gripe is the battery doesn't last a whole day but it should be noted that I am a heavy user with hundreds of apps and a 3rd party launcher so the battery life may not be a problem for everyone. Now that we have the weakness out of the way, let's talk about what I love. Let's start with the display. Which is top-of-the-line, it's a big display with a tiny punch hole for the front camera. Some people would disagree but I think the curved sides look great. The chip powering this beast is also very capable. I've played games like CODM and Minecraft and there's no lag whatsoever. The cameras are also great. When it comes to photography (wide lens), Samsung is second only to Google's Pixel. But no other phone matches the S22 Ultra when it comes to telephoto photography (other than the S23 Ultra, of course!). While Samsung is still behind iPhones in videography, it doesn't mean the S22 Ultra takes bad videos. They're still very good. Samsung's OneUI is, in my opinion, the best overall Android skin. It has by far the most features and customization. They even fixed the emojis (not the best but better now than before). Overall, if you wanna get a high-end Android device, the S22 Ultra will deliver.
