I have owed the Rift S for a few years now I bought it brand new right before it was discontinued. Starting off the resolution is alright again being quite older you can definitely see pixels and it does get blurry in the distance.
The controllers are ok as long as you dont go smashing them off walls. I did notice batteries drain quite quick.
The comfort is quite the annoying part. Having a small head and the strap being quite weird if I move my head fast from side to side it does wiggle on my nose which is quite annoying. a part from that if your room is warm it will fog quite a lot. Never had any issues with my eyes hurting or anything,
Being a facebook product and using the meta store is another annoying feature. Having most of my games on Steam I have always used steamVR some games do offer launching the game using the oculus store directly off steam I have most part used SteamVR which had caused some stability issues. As some games don't actually support oculus mode those games seem to run a little bit worse.
Only time I have had issues with my tracking was when I put my hands behind my back or start moving really fast while playing beat saber but that is to be expected when you use built in tracking. I also have had my hands drifting off from me in some cases when the batteries get low and I get the notification which can be annoying mid game.
Lastly the controllers having the tracking circle around the controller does improve the tracking but it does get in the way of shooting games when trying to reload guns or cock a gun.
Apart from the stuff I had mentioned it had served me well I am now upgrading to a valve index as I am not a big fan of Meta.

All in all, a really good VR headset, not the top one, but far from the worst. I think it's upper mid-range. The wearing comfort is outstanding because of the nice headpiece. Otherwise, everything is slightly above average.
Pros
Good image
Good tracking
Comfortable
Cons
Sound is so-so
Leans forward, strains the neck
Expensive

I've had the Rift S for 2 years, and I've also ordered headphones specifically made for the Rift S (Sennheiser), which provides incredible sound. The only downside is the resolution, but with time everything gets better. For now, however, I'm very satisfied.
We consider a lower weight better because lighter devices are more comfortable to carry. A lower weight is also an advantage for home appliances, as it makes transportation easier, and for many other types of products.
Interpupillary distance (IPD) is the distance between the center of your eyes. Without adjustable IPD, the lenses of a VR headset may not line up with your pupils, which can result in eye strain and nausea.

The internal storage refers to the built-in storage space available in a device for system data, apps, and user-generated data. With a large amount of internal storage, you can save more files and apps on your device.
The device has a standard memory slot (such as an SD or micro SD card slot) that enables you to extend the built-in internal storage with affordable memory modules, or easily retrieve data, such as photographs, from the memory card.
A gyroscope is a sensor that tracks the orientation of a device, more specifically by measuring the angular rotational velocity. Initially, they were built using a spinning rotor to detect changes in orientation, like twisting or rotation.
An accelerometer is a sensor used to measure the linear acceleration of a device. A common application is detecting when a device changes between vertical and horizontal positions.
