Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard that allows data transfers between devices placed in close proximity, using short-wavelength, ultra-high frequency radio waves. Newer versions provide faster data transfers.
LDAC is a codec developed by Sony for Bluetooth audio. It is capable of a very high bitrate of 990kbps, which provides high resolution audio. It can also automatically adjust to a lower bitrate of 330kbps or 660kbps to increase stability.
aptx Adaptive is an audio codec for Bluetooth devices that is developed by Qualcomm. It has a variable bit rate (between 279kbps and 420kbps), which means it can adjust the bit rate for different scenarios, such as listening to HD audio or reducing interference from other devices.
aptX Low Latency is a codec developed by Qualcomm. It uses Bluetooth 5.0 technology to provide low latency audio (around 40ms), which is useful when you want to avoid audio lag (e.g. when playing games).
aptX HD is an audio codec for Bluetooth devices that is developed by Qualcomm. It supports high quality 24-bit audio (at a bit rate of 576kbps).
aptX is a codec used for transmitting audio wirelessly with Bluetooth. It is developed by Qualcomm, and supports 16-bit audio at a bit rate of 384kbps.
aptX Lossless is an audio codec for Bluetooth devices that is developed by Qualcomm. It supports high quality 16-bit/44.1kHz audio (at a maximum bit rate of 1200kbps). This codec provides CD-quality audio without any loss of data.
Latency refers to the time it takes for the audio signal to be transmitted to your headphones/earbuds. Lower latency reduces audio lag, and is particularly important when playing games or watching videos.

Excellent Value for Money

These are very good headphones for the price. They are very comfortable and you won't notice them after a while. The active noise cancelling (ANC) is very high and isolates you completely from the outside world once you start playing music. I tried them in a very noisy shopping mall with music and everything and was amazed that they completely blocked out the noise. I compared them to the Sony WF-1000XM5 and there is essentially no difference. I felt that these Realme headphones isolated me more than the Sony pair, in addition to being more comfortable. The only thing that falls short is the touch controls, but they do the basics well. The bass is fantastic, with bass boost mode, my ears were rumbling! Recommendation: clean the entries of the earphones and the microphones with a swab and a little alcohol every month. It's not that the headphones get dirty or anything... it's a recommendation to extend the life of your headphones and keep their features intact, like the ANC, and to maintain flawless audio.

Still Missing Some Features

I've been using this product for 2 weeks and I can say it's the best value for your money on the market, not to mention the satisfaction it brings when I use it. I looked over the Realme Air Buds 5 Pro here on Versus, and there are still some features missing: it has detection for whether it's in the ear and possesses 360° surround sound. I live on the coast of SP, a region that's right next to the beach. I can ride my bicycle along the beachfront and I don't even hear the sound of the wind, this is, of course, with the ANC activated and while listening to music.
